# Sample transcript: client onboarding call

A fictional, deliberately messy transcript for testing the Meeting Follow-up Agent. Put it in your project folder and run the agent on it.

What a good result should catch:
- The dashboard mock-ups are owned by Kunal and due Thursday the 17th.
- Nobody takes the data-access request. It must come back as UNASSIGNED.
- The launch moves from the 1st to the 15th during the call. Only the 15th is the decision.
- "Maybe a WhatsApp group" is an idea, not a decision.
- The pricing question for the extra seats is still unresolved.

**Meeting:** Brightline Retail × KnowAI, onboarding call
**Date:** Monday 14 September 2026
**Attendees:** Zeel (KnowAI), Kunal (KnowAI), Priya (Brightline, Head of Ops), Marco (Brightline, IT)

**Zeel:** Okay, I think everyone's here. Priya, thanks for making time. So the goal today is really just to lock the plan for the first month and make sure nothing's blocking us.

**Priya:** Perfect. Honestly the main thing for us is the store managers. They're drowning in the weekly reports, so if the dashboard can replace that, that's the win.

**Zeel:** Yeah, that's what we heard. Kunal, do you want to talk about the mock-ups?

**Kunal:** Sure. So I've got a first draft of the dashboard, but I want to rework it around what Priya just said, the store-manager view. I can have new mock-ups to you by Thursday. The 17th.

**Priya:** Great.

**Marco:** Before you build anything, we need to sort out data access. You'll need read access to the sales database and the inventory exports, and that has to go through our security review.

**Zeel:** Right. Who on our side sends that request?

**Marco:** Somebody just needs to fill in the vendor form, I'll send the link. Takes a week or so to approve.

**Zeel:** Okay, yeah, we'll sort that out.

**Priya:** And the launch. We said the 1st of October originally?

**Zeel:** We did, but honestly with a week for the security review I'd rather not squeeze it.

**Priya:** Hmm. The 1st was mostly for the regional meeting. Could we do the 15th?

**Zeel:** The 15th works much better.

**Priya:** Okay, let's go with the 15th then. I'll tell the regional leads.

**Marco:** Is the pilot still ten stores or twenty? Because that changes the access scope.

**Priya:** Ten to start. If it goes well we add the rest in November.

**Priya:** Oh, one more thing, we'd want five extra seats for the regional leads. Is that included, or is that separate pricing?

**Zeel:** Good question. I need to check, I don't want to give you a wrong number.

**Kunal:** Also for day-to-day stuff, maybe a WhatsApp group? Or Slack, whatever you use.

**Priya:** Maybe. Let's think about it.

**Zeel:** Okay. So, mock-ups Thursday, launch on the 15th, ten stores. I'll send a recap after this.

**Marco:** I'll send the vendor form link today.

**Priya:** Thanks, all.
